Control4 customer service fixed issue. They were very nice about it. Quick to get a technician, he worked me through problem until it was resolved. Good experience.

Need to return the Snark tuner a phone number. Call me to replace tuner. It should be a contact. Also a metal would be better not break. User’s recommendation: Sue them.
I purchased tickets for a comedy show last year but the pandemic hit, and they refuse to give me a refund.
Ridiculous you cannot talk to someone live. I used the on line chat but that was useless because if you just get pushed out to $1 fee service to further understand your question. not good. User’s recommendation: Have a call in number. It would be quicker for paying customers.
