Thank you for your inquiry. I'm sorry to say I have not received acknowledgement from the agency that the number had been changed on our policy number 005D97189. They advised me on February 8 that the inquiry would be processed as soon as possible. I'm not certain if they have been to busy thus I have not complained. Are they the reason reason the Company has such a low rating. I will add my rating later. Thanks Again. Charles E. Sims
