Hello! I express my deep concern about the "Valuable Purchases" program for loyal customers of ScandinavianBank. After the conversion of the respective points (25.08.2009) for the prizes, one of the prizes was also chosen 30% discount in the store "G-Star-RAW". However, it turned out that after receiving your "coupon" (there was a report about the possibility of receiving it from 09.09.2009) and going to this store - it turns out, there is no such store at all. The store is said to have changed owners and the gallery center information promised that it would open in a month. 10/22/2009 The store is still out of order and contacting ScandinavianBank's telephone banking department, specialist Ksenija Sazonova replied. The solution is this: bring back the coupon and choose a new prize. Before that, it was promised that the points would be automatically returned to the Internet bank. Needless to say, the promotion has already ended and the possibilities to choose new prizes are limited. After arguing that it is unnecessary to hand over invalid coupons to the bank and have no choice, the bank employee added: "We are already coming to you that we are ready to return the points. We We are not to blame for the fact that this store has closed. You have two options - either choose to get points back (by bringing a coupon) or choose not to receive points ". Here I would like to express my indignation that the bank does not take responsibility for its cooperation partners and wants to easily get rid of the problem, taking everything on the shoulders of customers. I want the truth in this case and compensation for deception, take the time and "deprived options" to choose. It is very sad if it has a loyal attitude towards the customer and the former service brilliance of Hansabanka has nothing to do with the current achievements!
