Tom Rozenfelds deliberately fails to notice these and other violations, because his subordinates are more like co-workers (choms) and those who refuse to be, sorry, chasers, Tom Rozenfelds considers them unfit employees and replaces them with pleasures without creating a competition, instead, anonymously meeting with a candidate of your choice in a cafe and offering a position, and if you agree, the existing employee will be fired. Is this the correct behavior of the manager? The employees sleep in the objects and perform their work duties satisfactorily, because they are not motivated. The department managers do not control the employees when visiting the objects, in some objects the visual appearance of the employees is terrible. There is tension and artificial unrest among the employees below with the excellent control mechanisms of Tom Rosenfelds, unjustified deductions from bonuses, which can also... be paid..!
