Contacted customer service filled out paperwork and sent pictures only to not get reply til I called again. Then I get letter in mail telling me it wasn’t cover because it was normal wear and tear and only had it 4 months and I have no children to play on it. Total waste of money.
A Big rip off!! All that they say is covered is NOT covered. Fraud is the best explaination I can give. Please do not purchase this so called furniture protection.
