Montage Scam

I filed a claim and it was approved. It was to replace an Ashley chair. A chair that was in a formal dining room and never used. Yet, it split apart at the seams in two spots. The claim process was very tedious. Once approved I waited 3 months, all the while sending emails and making phone calls to Montage Reps. Every time I called I had to speak to a different Rep (who seemed to care less). They would say they were calling the store to order my replacement chair. After long waits they would come back to say they could not get thru or that the person they needed to speak to was not available. But not to worry because they would follow thru and call me back. Never once did I get a call back. When I reminded them that I paid them to warrant the furniture and expected them to take whatever action necessary to get my chair replaced, I was told by rep Shelley that Montage is not responsible but the store is! I asked to speak to a manager and was told managers are very busy and don't have time to be bothered with claims. I feel that Montage scammed me out of 200.00!! To date, my chair has not been replaced and no one from Montage has tried to rectify the issue. DO NOT BUY ANY WARRANTY FROM THEM!!!
