The new formula leaves skin feeling very dry and irritated. I’ve been using this product for 30 years, but will no longer purchase. I’m very disappointed that Olay would produce such an inferior product. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. User’s recommendation: I do not recommend this product.
The representative that I spoke to obviously did not understand the problem. When I tried to explain it to him so he would understand he just hung up on me. Not a good start for Olay.
