Terrible Service and Company

I would give a negative number if it was possible. I put a service ticket in on March 27th of this year and after nearly 2 weeks of back and forth conversations, they finally sent out a technician to look at my broken couch (the couch is from Ashley's furniture, which I now know is garbage as well). The technician tells us that he cannot fix the couch and he will have to let Montage know that they need to either replace it or provide him with the money to buy the parts needed to fix the couch. Mind you, this is a piece of a sectional couch that connects the couch. The technician tells us that we should here from someone in a couple days. That never happened. A week later I call, and Montage tells me that the tech never sent them the report. They tell me that I will hear from them soon. No call ever happened. Ten days later I call back and I get the same story again. I'm told that the manager is on it and that I will hear from her. The manager calls me that evening and tells me that she is looking into it and she provides me with the outsource technician company that is handling the repairs. I call the company that the Montage manager gave me and they say that Montage has had their report since the day after the tech came to my house. The lady tells me that Montage had not approved the money needed for the repairs until the day that I spoke to the manager. I then call Montage back to speak with the manager. Because I hate being lied to. I was told that she was busy and that she would call me back (that is their policy to call people back within 48 hours. As stated by the manager). She still has not called me back and now I am being told by the technician that the can't come out until the 25th of June. That is nearly 4 months from the start of this claim. To make matters worse, I was told that the technician was going to be cutting wood and doing the repairs in my new home. I am now going to pursue this from a legal matter. My lawyers have extensively reviewed the service contract and Montage will be dealing with them soon. It is sad because they made an easy fix, into something difficult. Stay away from Ashley's furniture and Montage.
