Awful service!

You have to wait on line more than an hour to get someone to complete a service request. You may or may not get anyone. Then week after week they promise to complete service but do not. Sept 18-requested that someone check gas meter. Accomplished Sept 29. Told that my meter needs replacing-outdated. Needed to find out when meter would be replaced.
