Gas Bill

I have been receiving a bill, I do not have gas. I have lived here since September 2019. I've called and advised a representative that my house is electric (everything is electric). Finally a gas company representative did remove the meter in October 2020. I am still receiving a bill. It is addressed to "Current Resident". I received a letter from Washington Gas advising me to contact 244-927-****.. I have called this number 4 times in the last 3 weeks. I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Today 12/1/2020, called again an 10 AM, this time on hold for over 33 minutes. Since I do not have gas service and have never had service at this address, I will no longer attempt to contact this office. This review indicates my frustration in attempting this office. User's recommendation: give an email address or a telephone number.
