New connection

Dear Washington Gas, A new connection is required at below address; 6302 Tall Trees Lane. Apt 13 Springfield VA 22152 I tried to submit an online request but it did not let me go through because i do not have a SSN yet. I am a new immigrant and SSN is in process. What other documents can be used to get a new connection? Please advise. Thank you. Umeed
