I waited for more than 1 hours to speak to customer service, no one answering the phone. Just computer repeating the same word thousands times. Worse service ever. User’s recommendation: Find another company if available.
We need to disconnect our service because we are moving. We tried to do this online, however, page says there is already a service request. It says we must call to cancel service, yet NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!
