It broke.

I liked the board but it broke. I used it only 4 times. I saw it on Shark Tank. I hope Shark Lori is aware of this substandard product. Doesn’t speak well of her and the manufacturer. User’s recommendation: Beware.

Broken board

This is the 2nd board that has split inhalf after 4 months of use. I am not overweight. 140 lbs and 5 ft 4 inches tall. After the first one broke. I figured it was an isolated incident; so I bought another one and after 4 months, it too cracked. Something needs to be done about this... Read more➤

Cracked fit board

Bought the board in 2017. Has 2 cracks in it. Wont replace due to being over 60 days. I thought the board wont ever crack or break. Only weigh 130lbs. User’s recommendation: Free replacement.
Need to speak with someone regarding the danger of what this board can possibly or has done to people’s back disks, and siatica User’s recommendation: Do not recommend.
My Simply Fit board cracked within 6 months of using it. Over the phone, their customer service told me that they only warranty the boards for 60 days. It broke in half!

I purchased the Simply Fit board in April 2020. I love the workouts and the accessibility of videos on YouTube. The board is easy and fun to use. I used it maybe twice a week since April. It’s now November and my board broke in half yesterday during a workout! No resolution from Simply Fit Customer Service.... Read more➤
I ordered this in May. Never got it. Just emails saying it would come. It almost November!! Unacceptable I would like my money back at this point. I was patient with the obvious COVID restrictions. But this is ridiculous.
Simply fit charged me twice and sent me 5 boards when I only ordered 1 (and get one free). I need a return label to send these back and get my refund
I owned two back in early 2018, bought from the local Bed, Bath and Beyond. In no time, they developed cracks in them.
