Awful service!

You have to wait on line more than an hour to get someone to complete a service request. You may or may not get anyone. Then week after week they promise to complete service but do not. Speaking to supervisors do not make a difference. It has been weeks to sit all day to wait for their service to No avail. Shameful that they do not Value the customers time.

》 No response on Customer service

》 The account number was recently changed

》 Day 2 with no gas

》 Company did not post my payment for 7 days after they cashed my check
