I REFUSE to speak to someone in the country of INDIA about the delivery of my order in the USA! Never Again! User’s recommendation: Use this delivery service in USA only if you like speaking to people in INDIA!
This place sucks. They have had my pallets for 5 days now and state they do not have anybody to off load their trailers to get them out for delivery. Do not use this company. They also lost one of my pallets a few weeks ago.
