I didn’t believe UPS freight could get worse, and Tforce has proved me wrong. I suggest Central Transport before these chumps. User’s recommendation: Go elsewhere just not Tforce.

Shipments that should have been delivered within 3 – 4 days since pickup date has been dragged out to 14 – 15 days. Their trucks don’t do end mile delivery in some states, they pass it off to a local partner. We will be taking our business else where. And they charge more to do less.
IKEA delivery confirmed 6 times by text. Day of delivery TForce texts “Cannot deliver” due to customer not answering calls. NO CALLS at all. Two weeks of calls between IKEA and Tforce… rescheduling deliveries. Second delivery tomorrow (supposedly) and not a peep from TForce. Waste of time.
