DELIVERY WAS NOT MADE TO THE RIGHT PLACE

I live in a high rise building and our mailbox fits only letters , big items are either brought to the apartments’ individual door or left in a bigger mailbox which only the postman from USPS AND THE OWNER OF THE APARTMENT HAVE ACCESS.
