Multiple bad experiences

Every time my packages come via them from Amazon either late, not received or thrown in the general direction of my house. 2 parcels thrown into snow bank one including glass candles. I really dont understand why Amazon Continues to contract out to these clowns User’s recommendation: Just dont.

What is wrong with these drivers. Address is right on the package. Sent my daughters birthday present arrived in the city on time but delivered to the wrong address. Called Amazon. Got a refund.
