I have done without a washer since 2/9/20.Sears customer service want bring my new washer, give me my money back, had me pay a extra )150. I could go to many stores and have a new washer delivered in less than 3 days User’s recommendation: Sears is a waste of energy.
This delivery service customer service is horrendous. They cannot give me a time of delivery stating before 8pm. They know exactly how many deliveries, location and approximate time of delivery. I cannot imagine a delivery service not knowing these facts without a plan of route. User’s recommendation: Try not to use them when purchasing an item.
