Card missing

My wallet got stolen. I reported it n they said they would send me a new card. Card didn’t show up. So call back n I can’t get past the recorded voice to get to anyone that could help me. User’s recommendation: Stay on top of them so you dont lose contact with them.

Purchaced tablet not mailed after release from DOC
