Unacceptable service

I bought my Renegade Valencia from HW. I called Holiday World League City Monday to schedule a State Inspection. Was told to come in between 0900-**** hrs &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 1300 -**** hrs. M-F. Can’t enter promo code

Customer service didn’t help. I should be able to use a cell phone when entering in a promo code. Holiday world needs to fix that issue. Not convenient or fair to the customer.
