Didn’get 25 percent off as advertising showed

It said 25 off and I didnt get it. Had to pay full price. There was no way to cancel my order. Im a widow and cant afford full price!! User’s recommendation: Watch out!!

No answer from a phone or email from this company

Wanted to return two pair of shoes and the return label could not be process. Try for days calling and numerous email and filling out their site help site. So sent the shoe back with my own postage. And put in a copy of my order, email, name and the reason. Very upset !!!

I had ordered 3 pair of shoes for my granddaughter and we have only received 2 pairs and there is no tracking of the 3 rd pair.
