Customer service doesnt answer phone. Tried using email and Facebook. This is the second time I am having trouble. After using Shoes .com for many years, loving them and recommending to friends, I dont think I will be returning to this company User’s recommendation: Beware of getting any support.

I emailed Shoes.Com numerous times trying to find out where my $86 refund was for a pair of shoes that I returned. I never received an answer and I could never reach anyone when calling their customer service number. This company that I bought so many pairs of shoes from over the years will not get any... Have sent 5 emails over the last 5 days and have only gotten replies from a bot stating that they would be contacting me within 1-3 days to resolve my issue. My credit card was charged immediately... Update by user Jul 31, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. As soon as I posted on this site, I finally got an email from shoes.com saying they were sorry for the delay and my refund (minus the restocking fee, of course) was coming.
