I didnt receive my shoes.

I never received my shoes. They never shipped. I ordered them on 4-8-21. I cant get ahold of customer service. User’s recommendation: Very poor customer service.

False Advertising and Terrible Customer Care

The company advertises exchanges but you first have to purchase the new size/color etc. Then they fail to send the shipping label for the return.
