Turn on power

You can turn on the power as soon as possible I just wondering why people won’t give me super viber’s there’s when I asked for them I asked everyone over 19 times to let me talk to their supervisor and nobody would I think you are running a very poor business something needs to be done about... We were away when this happened which caused a surge in our power… causing everything to shut down. Their billing in not legible. First you have a credit and then you owe 240.00 then you pay that oh but then you owe 1027.00!? What?? Give me a break. Ridiculous.
We just bought a new house and got approved by our UnderWriter electrical company and it is been 2 months since we put the report to NYSEG but until today we still waiting and waiting for NYSEG to come and turn our power on. In humane company

I had service turned on at a new apartment. They sent the bills there for 3 months. Then they started sending the bills to my old address where the electric wasn’t even in my name. So because i never recieved a bill i didn’t pay the bill. So our service gets turned…
