Lack of updates…

Have been out of power for over 10 hours… not one word from nyseg, other than assessing.. the result when you have to depend on one carrier… User’s recommendation: Look for another carrier if possible..
Terrible customer service, refused to admit wrong doing, refused to help, also the supervisor, same thing. The supervisor then gave me a toll free number that did not exist, to the appeals department, which I also think does not exists.
