Order came with 2 Neck relax and 2 came but I only wanted one Neck Relax

I had t.o pay shipping charges when I turned the Neck relax ready to return at the post .office. I expected to be reimbursed for this cost plus the 59.99 . So far I have not been issued a refundcare Be User’s recommendation: Be careful about getting 2 instead of one and charged for 2.

Need money back from purchase of neckrelax

Even with changing AAA batteries several times–I cannot get the device to work. Sometimes it will beep and light come on briefly, but massager doesn’t seem to activate. User’s recommendation: Check everything carefully, including instructions.
