Paid for two. Only one keeps cold. I have given you and customer service 3 times to rectify.

Purchased two units. One does not keep water cold with ice and sweats. The other works as expected. Looking for a replacement but no response. Tried to give you my business but I think I will move to Yeti. User’s recommendation: No customer service and bad product.

I bought a 32oz 27970 and cover that screws in to drinkinking nozzle snapped off

After using only a few times one of pieces broke off an cannot cover spout. This should not happen in such a short period of use. Id like a kid replacement Waiting yo hear back from them

Problem with water bottle
