I ordered a neck relax on 2/ 06 21 I have not received it yet or nothing has been sent to me about shipping it. Was wondering what is going on ? User’s recommendation: Get heads up before ordering or don’t order at all.
I ordered a NeckRelax, paid for it, but had no communication from the company that the order had been received nor the disposition of the order after 10 days. Received the item within 3 days of making request to Pissed Consumer. Thank YOU User’s recommendation: Proceed with care.

I ordered a NeckRelax well before Christmas, and it just arrived this week (February18). The first time I tried it, it did not work – and has failed to work ever since. This is the worst piece of crap that I ever bought. User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY A NECKRELAX. It is junk!
