Not satisfied with service and bag was not delivered

I purchased a bag from the outlet store in foley on May 8 for Mothers Day. When I returned the bag the assistant manager ordered it and processed it from another store and it wasnt delivered and we cant get a refund. User’s recommendation: Don’t make big purchases from this store.
