10 months being charged, Ipsy sent it to the wrong address. They return it back to Ipsy. I need my money back!

I moved address last year. Ipsy kept sending bags to my old address. They return the package back to Ipsy but Im still being charged and Ipsy still send bags to her old address. I want my refund.
