Subscription charges

My friend sent me one of those free glam bag giveaway things so I signed up for an account to get the bag. Since then, I have not received any glam bag and I have been charged for a monthly subscription the past 3 months. My subscription says deactivated, and I cannot get a hold of anyone.

2nd time my credit card has been charged without approval. First time I let it go. This time a need a full refund. Did not approve charges.
