I never received my freedom phone

I never received my phone!!!! When I should expect to get it? I purchased this phone over a month ago and theres is no phone, no news about it and no place where I can contact to inquire about the status. Terrible and I advise everyone not to get it! User’s recommendation: Do not get the phone!

Not happy with service.

i got my LG K61 last year with a 2 year term. my bill is $73.45 month. i have freedom nationwide:500MB. my mobile network is always disconnected. why pay this fee when i cant use it ?c

The worst customer service ever. Because there is no customer service. They are only able to offer a ‘run-around’ waste of time, money, and energy. Stay away.

They are disingenuous. They offer you one plan, then when you receive your first bill, they bill you for something entirely different. Trying to get a hold of someone is nearly impossible, and when you finally connect, they say they cannot help you. It is a zero-sum outcome. Horrible, awful, waste of time.
