Didnt recieve my bag

I haven’t received my bag for 6 months. Yet I’m still being charged and can’t get ahold of anyone. There’s just an automated chat box. Pretty worthless. User’s recommendation: Don’t purchase ipsy. I’m now having to do bank dispute and BBB complaint.

Double sometimes triple charge monthly

Ipsy has been charging me 12.72 double plus an additional 11.66 for months & I caught it just recently but if they are doing this to numerous customers imagine how many have been scammed CHECK YOU BANK STATEMENTS it can easily be over looked but is accurate that they have been scamming User’s recommendation: Scam.

Never received any of my glam bags and was charged! Trying to deal with customer service is horrible!

Never received any of my glam bags, tried changing address twice, was charged for them, couldnt change card number, and customer service is horrible!!! My card has been compromised and Im sure its from this company. User’s recommendation: Don’t do it.
