It’s been more than 6 months since I paid off my mortgage loan, and I have to receive any documents. Almost impossible to get through the 800 customer service number, you just get routed to the mortgage tax form request. Then calls dead end.

I received my package but it was a wrong size, please how can I change the size. I really want to get a bigger size thanks. User’s recommendation: Good.
Our new mattress and bed where delivered in February 8, but we paid for mattress pad too. I still didnt get it. It is March 5th today. Also, I assume I had to receive 32 tv too. So far – nothing.

We lost power and never received any alerts to our phone. Called them and they said that they don’t cover power outages, so if you home burns down or is broken into when there is no power, they are not at fault. Such a lie. User’s recommendation: Do not buy.
