Want a refund and they will not reply

I spent over £50 on dresses for an event I am no longer going to and have tried to ask for a refund but they will not reply or acknowledge me! I have messaged on Instagram as I am from the UK so it will cost to ring. User’s recommendation: Don’t use this website.
