Worst service on a supposedly new unit since purchased

Falcon 24BH location and access to Slideout Motors. Left moves but right will not.

The roof chalking around seams, vents, skylight fans windows cracking causing leakage can’t travel in the rain. Sits under TARP. Waiting on Self Leveling Chalking. 2018 bull lemon.
