Keen Footwear Decreased Quality

I had Keens for years – and loved every pair. I used to tell everyone how fantastic they were. Recently, the last two pairs ( work shoes and hiking boots) have been terrible. The soles are coming apart on my work shoes and the hiking boots are ripping apart on the inside. Super disappointed.
I have a prefect credit (over 800), high income, and low debt. They denied me credit for no reason or explanation.
They did reply promptly to my inquiry, saying that before storage I needs to empty the oil reservoir to avoid oil leaking. I have owned many chain saws and have never had to do this. User’s recommendation: Would not buy this saw.
