Poor service and quality

The shoes do not meet the quality of the price. Shipment is very slow and I received in the wrong color. They did respond to emails quickly. User’s recommendation: do not order from this company.

Decreased Quality

I had Keens for years – and loved every pair. I used to tell everyone how fantastic they were. Recently, the last two pairs ( work shoes and hiking boots) have been terrible. The soles are coming apart on my work shoes and the hiking boots are ripping apart on the inside. Super disappointed.

Soles coming loose/falling off

I have had 3 pairs of keen hiking boots and all 3 pairs the soles came off. I will not buy any more of this chinese made crap. Yes, I am pissed. the best way to deal with a bad product is too not buy it and let other consumers know it.BEWARE

Soles come apart

The quality of Keen has went down in the last few years. The last 2 pair of boots Ive bought only lasted 3 months before the soles started to separate.

Box with 3 pair of shoes for return in my foyer over a month plus.

Prefer pick up from UPS . They will provide the label. I am housebound and your return label not downloaded correctly. I’m now waiting on snail mail more than a week. User’s recommendation: That Keen make them aware most shoes are wide.
