This company will not help you out once they have it your money!

My product broke after six weeks and now Ive been waiting a month Im trying to get it fixed. Its well within the warranty period. Their responses are always the same someones looking into it. User’s recommendation: Stay far away from Black and decker.

Demands made to get restitution far outweigh the product. 4 Slice toaster which I’ve only had a short while. Need purchase receipt, box it came in, manual, then need to cut off cord, send them a

Icture, then mail the cord to them. I will never buy another Black and Decker product knowing their refund demands. Totally ridiculous! User’s recommendation: Stay away from Black and Decker products!
