Your charging too much money, for journey that cost between £8 and £10

I hope this goes on the internet. But Ola just called me saying that I now need to pay £27. I need to know if they are smoking crack. Because I’m definitely not paying that, neither. I’m now waiting for the manager to give me a call back.
