Hi zalora! I would like to cancel this item I ordered about an hour ago. I just found out that I ordered the wrong size and the size I actually wanted is not available. Please cancel my order immediately and refund my payment. I paid via MasterCard credit card.
Well I was told I was gonna receive a replacement even though my warranty was past due. Simply because the item was rarely used and it broke the very 1st time I emtied the disposal tray!!!! Due to having hard wood floors, but lesson learned. I will NEVER RECOMMEND BLACK AND DECKER VACUUMS EVER !!!

SkyAuction replied immediately and was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I actually had to contact reservations instead of trying to use the certificate myself. All is good. User’s recommendation: Complicated times but my issue was addressed immediately and satisfactory.
