My glasses were just purchased at Ross and store would return them because I took off the sticker off the arm. I did have the receipt! I want to fix or replace them.
This delivery service customer service is horrendous. They cannot give me a time of delivery stating before 8pm. They know exactly how many deliveries, location and approximate time of delivery. I cannot imagine a delivery service not knowing these facts without a plan of route. User’s recommendation: Try not to use them when purchasing an item.
