I have a bodum bistro stand mixer which gets used regurlarly. i have never been able to remove the top shell cover and it has dust and debris from the motor running? i just want to be able to clean

i called the phone number and got a message you were working remotly but that information is not helpful in fixing my problem. the manual was not clear and we read it especially the part about maintenance.i like the mixer but customer service is poor User’s recommendation: i like the mixer but customer service is poor.

Problems ordering from website

I ordered the stove top item rather than the electric one. When they sent me the ordered item for my review, I realized the mistake. Immediately, I emailed them on the communication link they provided. I called, no answer, the recording said contact using email provided. I did. About a week later, the wrong item is delivered.... Poor service

Good evening! I want to tell my story about a Oporto employee. On December 4, 16, we decided to visit Oporto, which is located at 299 Liberty . Expecting that this employee will return the potatoes to us for too long, the sauces were completely forgotten to give. Then I came for the sauces, asked and saw that the burgers were ready, and I went back, thinking that he had come right away, a little did not see. Happens. But later I was shocked that a person treated his work irresponsibly. He put on gloves and walked to the toilet for 7-8 minutes. Then he went out, saw or remembered the burgers that needed to be returned, took off his gloves and his unwashed hands gave us the burgers. By that time, they were ready in about 15 minutes. The conclusion is this: 1. A person serves very slowly 2. A person is forgetful 3. Unbalanced 4. On the requirements of hygiene, I will be silent at all. Please do something about it.
