You are very wrong with your tv ads. Depicting car dealers/sales men as torturing customers is reprehensible and you should be ashamed. I have na affiliation with the automotive industry and vroom would be the last place on earth I would get a vehicle User’s recommendation: Do not use vroom.

All paperwork and funding was approved 6/7/21. Daily calls an no one can tell us where car is or when trade in will be picked up. Multiple delivery dates have come and gone.
