I requested a number swap on one of my contract lines. I confirmed the number I wanted changed 3 times if not 4 and still the consultant changed the incorrect number. I requested for the error to be reversed and my number reinstated to me. It is now day 5 with no resolve. I need help asap.

Never send any emails to this company of thawed idiots! I was just painting about some insignificant nuances in their offer, but now they are haunting me with countless offers, stupid advertisements, sick calls... - it's just madness! The saying comes to mind - because shit touches, because shit stinks. And that is exactly my experience with this corner firmel. I do not recommend to anyone.
