Every time a package is delivered by itella, I know there will be the same scenario: tracking shows that there are no packages failed to deliver due to external circumstances. Then a call to itella with very unkind customer service, which never answers the questions why the courier did not try to call once he had not entered the stairwell. Then, after the call, the package is usually delivered in two or three days, not sooner. This means that in reality, since the package has arrived in Australia until it reaches my hands, it often takes a week. I always give my phone number and also the door code on the package itself, as there should be no real obstacles to delivering it, but itella will always find a reason. There is no such problem with any other logistics company - self-respecting companies will warn you before delivery by calling or sending an email or text message.
