Couriers do not work

I had to bring the product on 19. 12. 2019. The courier didn't call me. The gift I ordered can only be received on 28. 12. 2019. Then it turns out that I have to postpone Christmas to that date. I will not pay the courier for delivery. I do not recommend anyone to use iExpress courier services for the holidays!
