Avira anti-virus

My wells fargo bank account was charged $106.24 without any prior notification from cleverbridge inc. I believe this company is involved in deceptive billing. They should have a company wide policy of notifying prospective customers of any upcoming charges which would allow for the customer to budget for the added expenses.
