Unable to get authorization to return clothing after many attempts.

I requested a return authorization two times with no response. I joined a chat line and was told to pay to be connected to the service line. The quality of the clothing is extremely poor and the blouses did not fit properly. User’s recommendation: Shop elsewhere.

Very bad service! Avoid ordering from this peopole. They are not reachable the telephone number they give for customer service is not real is from Medicare/Medicaid. Returninr is a real headache.

I ordered 4-5 pieces. Their seizes are strange. If you want to return something it is impossible. I tried to get their mentioned “return label” unsuccessfully. Their website is a bluff. Nothing work! User’s recommendation: Avoid ordering from this people.
